A fun night presenting Totally Football on Shock Radio
26 February 2018
I am proud to have presented this week's episode of Totally Football on Shock Radio, the University of Salford's number one student station.
For this week's show, I was joined in the studio by Joe Doherty, Matthew Taylor and Brandon Scott-Cumming. Broadcast live online, the programme looks at football's biggest stories.
In this week's show, we reflected on the Carabao Cup final in which Manchester City won 3-0. We also discussed Pep Guardiola's FA charge as he continues to wear a 'political' yellow ribbon.
Shock Radio is the University of Salford Students' Union's official radio station and broadcasts 24 hours a day. It is run "by students for students" and works in conjunction with the Student Radio Association. Totally Football was set up by Matthew Taylor in September 2016, who says he "wanted to create an entertaining football show that was different to before".
Regular pundit Joe Doherty told me he enjoys taking part in the programme because of its relaxed atmosphere. He said "the show can address a number of topics due to the vast range of teams we follow. A good rapport leads to good debate".
