My interview with British boxing star Adam Azim on the ups and downs of ADHD has aired throughout today on Sky Sports News.
Reflecting on both his diagnosis and the strengths that come from being neurodivergent, Azim tried to picture a career without his mindset, telling me that the energy and 'extra edge' is a positive.
One of Britain's brightest prospects in the world of boxing, Azim, 21, takes on EBU European Super Lightweight champion Franck Petitjean in his tenth professional match in Wolverhampton on 18 November.
It was a real pleasure to meet Adam and hear about his experiences. Balance with positive representation is desperately needed when exploring neurodiversity and I am proud to work with Sky, as their commitment to diversity and inclusion is relentless.
