Today, I presented a Neurodiversity Breakfast event to staff at IMG Studios in London focusing on inclusion in the media.

The event, held at IMG Studios' headquarters in West London, was an explanation of neurodiversity and how we can be more inclusive in television by improve working practices.

The event was well attended by colleagues in the office and at home, who joined virtually. Discussion was wide ranging from representation on and off-screen and also how we can better support neurodivergent people, who often have abundance of talent but little opportunity.

IMG are a global leader in sports, events, media and fashion and are one of the largest producers of sports programming in the world. They produce thousands of hours of content every week on behalf of more than 200 federations, associations and events.

Their Stockley Park studios also house production of Premier League content that is broadcast all around the world. I was lucky enough to be able to pop behind the scenes of their coverage building up to this weekend's football fixtures, getting a sense of their dynamic gallery environment.

My huge thanks go to IMG Studios for a fantastic day where I met so many talented people. I look forward to working closely in the future on both content and diversity and inclusion. It is inspiring to see a company be so proactive and keen to develop their awareness of neurodiversity.
